I really liked that you included the male nurse in your picture collage. I used to work with a male nurse who would often get mistaken for a doctor because people always had that assumption that female=nurse and male=doctor. It is a great reminder of a diversity issue that is often forgotten about, the stereotypes of gender and occupations. Thanks for including it! It was a much needed reminder.
